I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist and have severe dental anxiety. I must say, this practice is wonderful! Everyone is always so nice from the moment you walk in welcomed with a smile until you leave. The atmosphere is very peaceful. My hygienist Paula is kind, knowledgeable, and does her best to make my appointments as anxiety free as possible. Dr. Hicks has a consistent calming presence that helps me to relax. I’ve been a patient for years and would never go anywhere else.

Seeing a dentist will always conger up words like pain, & suffering. But not here at Hicks Dentistry. it truly is a pleasant and pleasurable experience. I find it to be comfortable and easy. From the minute you walk in and see Jennifer smiling you know you're in good hands. Next, appears a dental hygienist with a smile and an easy disposition to make you feel at home. You can't ask for a better experience when it comes to your dental health. Highly recommend it.

I had to have a bridge fixed, thought I would need the whole bridge redone but Dr. Hicks repaired it for me. Dr. Hicks is just the best dentist around...he can just do anything, and he does a awesome job...with compassion and he really cares. His staff is also phenomenal. Kudos to all in the practice 👏

Doctor Hicks is an amazing Dentist but he is so much more. Gentle, caring, kind, compassionate …. Just to name a few adjectives that describe him. He is very compassionate to your pain and manages it incredibly well. He also understands and is able to manage the anxiety most of us feel from past negative experiences with the dentist of old. He is incredible with the aesthetics and makes you teeth look more amazing than you ever thought they would ever appear! His staff is top shelf. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, caring and professional. I have been going to Dr Hicks for about 15 years now. I went to him with dental disfigurement from another dentist. I was in bad shape. I thought I would never be able to smile again. I now get compliments on my smile from perfect strangers! Every bit of that happiness can be attributed to Dr Kevin Hicks. I am so grateful.

Seen on time, very efficient! My hygienist, Paula, was wonderful....and did an amazing job. My teeth never felt so clean! Dr Hicks saw me in a timely way, cordial, always pleasant. Sherry and Ali, front desk.....what a positive first impression....always helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I made my appointment after finding Dr. Hicks online and reading the reviews. I had my first appointment today, and I am thrilled with the professionalism, compassion and care of this entire office! I have previously tried a small local office and a big chain office, and was not satisfied with the experience or procedures, or charges. I relocated here over 10 years ago and had a fantastic dentist. I have finally found one here.

I had my teeth cleaned by Julia, and let me tell ya, this was an experience like no other. It wasn’t just another dental visit, it was the life altering experience I’d been longing for. She’s basically the Michelangelo of molars. The Einstein of enamel. When she’s done, your mouth will feel like a freshly waxed car. She makes scraping and polishing of teeth feel like a five star spa experience. If dental hygiene were an Olympic sport, Julia would single handily start another gold rush.

Today I was scheduled for a crown on one of my bottom teeth. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken back for my appointment about 5 minutes early than scheduled. The front desk staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. I was made comfortable and stayed that way throughout the procedure with the help of the local injection done by Dr. Hicks. I was completely satisfied with the dental care provided by Dr. Hicks and his team. Special thanks to Jenn. I’m a medical professional and I would recommend Oakcrest Dental to anyone. Dr. Hicks is very knowledgeable and skilled dentist and more importantly just a super down to earth person. Thank you for a great experience today.

I have had a phobia of dentist visits my entire life, but the team here made it the easiest visit! They offered simple solutions to support my anxiety and gag reflux, as well as offering additional supports for comfort (sunglasses, chapstick, numbing cream). The entire team was friendly, welcoming, gentle, and kind. I can’t recommend enough! I will note that they were playing religious music. I believe that to be truly inclusive and welcoming to every patient, the music should be changed, but I still recommend.

I was not looking forward to having work done on my front teeth, as the Novocain injection hurts so much more on the front gums then back teeth. Dr. Hicks now uses a "STA System" aka the wand, which uses a smaller needle, and slowly introduces the medication. I actually felt NOTHING..!.. The experience to work on my front teeth this time was anxiety free.. Thank you ! for always looking for technology that makes the dental experience less stressful.

Our family have been longtime patients at Hicks Family Dentistry and cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Hicks has always been interested in the latest technology, from in-house crowns to Invisalign and everything in between. We had a good experience... that is... if we think about the time spent at the office." No offense".. the dentist is probably next last to the funeral parlor for visitation desires. We do like your treatments and professionalism ... just somewhat relieved when we pass through the door to the outside. I am sure you wanted an honest report ! Dr. Hicks and his entire Team are FABULOUS! After moving to PA 10 years ago, it took four different dentists before I found Dr. Hicks. Office is very clean ( my pet peeve in a health care setting) and staff very friendly and accommodating. I love that they care about your dental health but don’t try and upsell a bunch of random products or treatments. I have been very satisfied with the treatments and procedures I have had. They do not take insurance but will send all info to your insurance company for you. I have never felt more confident or comfortable about my dental care. Jennifer M

I believe a smile is one of the most important gestures you can show to others. My new dentist, Dr Hicks and his staff were extremely courteous and gave great attention and detail to my complicated situation. Dr Hicks took much time in implanting two teeth that fit perfectly the first time he positioned them. Thank you to Hicks Family Dentistry for giving me back my smile. When I was first introduced to Hicks Family Dentistry, I was cautious yet in dire need of help. A strip mall dentist whom I won't name here, ruined my ability to eat or smile. I thought my life was over. I was introduced to Dr Hicks via a Christian organization in hopes he could help me. My trust in dentists was basically done. To my surprise and answers to my prayers, Dr Hicks emerges as my savior. He and his warm and caring staff took me in their care. I now have a state of the art denture implant in my lower jaw and he was able to save the few that weren't pulled on the top. I can eat, smile and never have to worry about cavities with the lower dentures securely implanted. Dr Hicks gave me back my health by making eating real food possible again. He works hard mapping out a personal approach to his patients care and really wants us to be happy. He is highly successful and such a jewel to have as a lifelong dentist now. I can't say enough about great my experience and results are. Thank you Dr Hicks, Jen, Lori, Julia and Sherri. You guys really rock!

The staff is quite friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to help. I am new to the area and my GPS took me to a parking lot. When I was late and stressed, they called to make sure I was ok and got me to the office. Dr Hicks is great and knowledgeable regarding the latest in dental care. Everyone makes you feel comfortable when you’re there. I would recommend this practice if you’re in need of dental care

Last September, I had an unfortunate fall and broke three teeth, two of which had to be surgically removed. The office was very responsive to my mishap and work to get me in as soon as possible. The hygienist that worked with me as well as the office folks, and Dr. Hicks were easy to work with and made a very unpleasant situation bearable.

Everything went great with my visit today! To my surprise, I walked in with a hole in the front of my mouth, and when I left, I had a mouthpiece with a tooth mounted to fill the hole until my implant can be finished! I was so surprised and happy🤗 and all credit goes to Dr. Hicks and his staff taking care of me in the best way possible thank you so much to all of you😊

Going to the Dentist has not been one of my favorite experiences. Early childhood experiences created a fear that has been always a part of my life. I have been with Doctor Hicks since the early part of his practice. He has done everything possible to cure my anxiety and make me as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere in his office is very positive and his entire staff are dedicated and caring. Doctor Hicks has helped me relieve my fear by being understanding and working with me to reduce my stress. I could not be more pleased with my first appointment at Hicks Dentistry in Lititz. This office is a diamond in the ruff.... the people there from the front desk to assistants to Dr Hicks are a rare breed. Everyone was SO kind, gentle, professional and helpful. They listened to your concerns and gave you such a comforting feeling that, your reason for walking in there, will be will completely as you hope they will be. I've never felt more comfortable and confident in my experience there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist office..I promise you.... you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Hicks is the best Dentist I have ever visited. He is completely on the cutting edge of Dental care, making a trip to the Dentist both stress free and pain free.
